After the whirlwind success of Kveller’s community cookbook, “A Little Bit Schmaltzy,” filled with our readers’ fabulous Jewish recipes, we’re teaming up with our partners at the Nosher to help make a Passover community cookbook. And once again, you dear readers, can help.
Many of us have wonderful Passover recipes — ones that have been passed down from generation to generation, or from a trusty friend, or maybe concocted in your very own kitchen — that have become part of so many beautiful holiday memories. And yet we all know that Passover, with its dietary limitations, can be difficult when it comes to feeding yourself and your family for eight days. Even for those who have their go-to seder dished down pat, many of us inevitably reach that point when we feel at a loss for what to eat — in need of something new and exciting.
That’s where this new community cookbook comes in. The Nosher, the online home of all things Jewish food, is now collecting a diverse bunch of Passover recipes from home cooks around the country and the world that will enshrine your important family classics and also help you diversify your holiday offerings, making every reader’s Passover a little more colorful and appetizing.
Submit your Passover recipes and let us know what makes them special through this short form by February 18 for your chance to be a part of this unique culinary project that will be out in time for the holiday, which starts on April 12 this year. We can’t wait to read and cook them.
