Lin-Manuel Miranda, the genius behind the critically acclaimed musical “Hamilton,” finally has another project in the works. And we can’t wait to find out what it actually is. Recently, he spoke with Vulture to promote the animated film “Moana,” as the film’s songs were co-written by him. During the interview, he revealed he’s working on a new Disney animated film with co-director Bryon Howard.
According to Miranda, the proposed animated film is still in the early writing stages. Until it becomes more solidified, however, Miranda is starring in the “Mary Poppins” sequel and is also working on the live action “Little Mermaid.”
We can’t wait to see what’s in store.
