We want to hear how October 7 and its aftermath shaped your relationship to parenting and Judaism.

It’s hard to believe that October 7, 2024 is just around the corner, falling between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur — a time that always comes with a lot of atonement and reflection. But with the one year anniversary of the October 7 attack that happened in Israel on Simchat Torah last year, and as the Israel-Hamas war still rages on, a lot of us have so much more to reflect on, so much more to consider.

Here at Kveller, we want to know how this past year has changed you — as a Jewish person, but especially as a Jewish parent. What are the conversations with your family that have shaped this year for you, and how has it all changed the way you practice traditions, especially coming into the Jewish High Holidays?

We’d love to hear from you. You can share your feelings, questions and concerns in this survey. Your answers may be part of a future Kveller piece, but can be kept anonymous if you wish.
