This past Saturday, the Women’s March took place across the globe–among major cities such as D.C., New York City, LA, Austin, Chicago, and London, to name a few. According to the the Women’s March site, there were about 4,834,000 marchers and 673 individual marches.
The numbers don’t lie–they are a clear indication of just how frustrated many people feel–and how crucial it is to stand up for what you believe, because we can actually make a difference. As parents, it’s incredibly important to teach our kids to have the dedication and courage to fight for your beliefs and human rights–because if we don’t, who will?
