It’s been a big start of the month for Jewish actress Ginnifer Goodwin and her husband Josh Dallas. The married couple, who play Snow White and Prince Charming on ABC’s “Once Upon a Time,” welcomed their second child on June 1 in Los Angeles.
The couple named their baby boy Hugo Wilson Dallas–joining his older brother Oliver Finlay Dallas. Oliver was born shortly after Goodwin and Dallas married in April 2014.
Goodwin opened up about her second pregnancy on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” this past February, explaining it felt much easier mostly because she and Josh were “chasing a toddler” most of the day. This time, however, she is also doing things a bit differently, and will hire a babysitter, stating:
“The first time we thought we needed to be heroes and do everything ourselves. We thought, ‘That’s too L.A. for us,’ so we went real hippy-dippy. This time we’re going at it “Downton Abbey“-style—staffing up—like a nanny and an under-nanny.”
Mazel tov to the happy family! We’re sure it feels like a fairy tale right now.
