Yesterday, Jewish reality TV star Bethenny Frankel opened up about how she’s struggling with “a women’s health issue that many women can relate to” in PEOPLE. The 45-year-old did not talk much more about the mysterious illness, however. Frankel is famous for starring on “Real Housewives of New York,” so we’re sure this is going to be a hot topic on the upcoming season, as she stated:
“I’m dealing with it head on and viewers will understand how I personally deal with matters such as this. I hope women can relate, learn and support each other in life moments like this.”
Frankel also mentioned that she does need to have “surgery,” and is currently about to “explore a living will” in a recent trailer for RHONY, which does make this whole thing seem like a gross way to use a health scare as a marketing tactic, as pointed out by Jezebel. Either way, we do wish Bethenny a speedy recovery. Bethenny is also a mom to her daughter Bryn, who she gave birth to in 2010.
RHONY is premiering on April 6th, so stay tuned (or not).
