Sophie Jaff

Sophie Jaff writes both psychological thrillers and musical theatre and is not sure what is scarier! She is the author of Love Is Red and Crown of Stars (Harper Collins 2015 and 2017). Her children's book The Adventures of Lula the Discontented Cow (Human and Rousseau) was published in 2005. Sophie is a Dramatist Guild Fellow and was the librettist for the children's musical A Shelter in Our Car, published by Boosey & Hawkes. Sophie’s work has been performed at Symphony Space, Lincoln Center, The Duplex, The Gershwin, and Goodspeed Musicals. Her essays have been published in the Daily Beast, Bustle and Bookstr.com. She currently lives in New York with her amazing husband Armando and though she adores her children Emiliana, 4 and Ignacio, 2, she suspects that she might be a better novelist than a homeschooler.
