Shira Fischer is the mother of two adorable and mischievous little girls. She works in health care policy, focusing on health informatics, and holds an MD as well as a PhD in epidemiology. She was a Dvar Tzedek fellow through American Jewish World Service and has taught Jewish texts through Melton and Limmud.
