Rachel Delman Turniansky

Rachel Delman Turniansky has been married for 24 years and is the mom to five children ranging in age from 12 to 23 years. She is the Director of Disability and Inclusion Services and the Principal of Gesher LaTorah at the Louise D. and Morton J. Macks Center for Jewish Education, an agency of The Associated Jewish Federation of Baltimore. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Language from Long Island University and a Master of Arts degree in Special Education from Gallaudet University. She has been working as a special educator for CJE for 16 years.
