Kathy de la Garza Ortbals is a stay at home mother of two boys living in St. Louis, Missouri with her husband. She has a License Masters of Social Work, LMSW - currently not in use, enjoys volunteering at the temple her and her family are members of, as well as attending Torah and Jewish Education classes.
