Jyllian Siegel earned a bachelor of arts degree in Jewish studies from American Jewish University in Los Angeles, California. She is grateful for her 6 year old son who gave her the name mama and strives to parent with presence and respect. She is passionate about practicing Bikram Yoga, finding her voice and recovering from reactivity.
