Fran Basche is divorced mother of a young woman with Autism who lives in Natick, MA. When she is not writing about her daughter she works on behavioral health issues for a Federal contractor. She also volunteers her time on behalf of various disability-related projects, and is a member of Congregation Beth El in Sudbury, MA.
