Eva Spiegel is a communications professional living in the Sacramento region. Her husband, partner and best friend of 20 years died unexpectedly in November 2018, leaving her a young widow and solo parent of their son. When she’s not writing about navigating life after loss, Eva can be found watching her son play water polo, baking cookies or practicing yoga.
