Erin Konheim Mandras is a mom of two boys, married to a wonderful husband, Jon, and resides in Pikesville, MD. She is currently a blogger at Kick the Scale, focusing on eating disorders, body image, exercise, and nutrition. Formerly from Detroit, MI, she was a college soccer player at Michigan State University, and then became a college soccer coach at Towson University and Loyola University Maryland. She also coaches youth girls locally.
