Eliana Meirowitz Nelson’s daily work for women’s heart health is just one battle in a lifelong fight for gender equality. She’s Manager of Health & Wellness at Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America, Inc. With a Masters of Public Health from Boston University and a BA from Columbia College in New York, she loves both the Red Sox and Art Deco skyscrapers. She gets 12,000 steps/day by walking around Brooklyn with her husband and son while vowing never to own a car.
