Carol Ungar is a Jerusalem based Mom, bubbie and writer. She recently released her first book Jewish Soul Food--Traditional Fare and What it Means (Brandeis 2015), which features 26 amazing specially shaped challahs (crowns, fish, Torahs, menoras Haman's face and more), and she's presently at work on a novel.
