Beth Kanter

Beth Kanter’s essays and articles have appeared in national newspapers, magazines, and online publications. She has written six non-fiction books about Washington, DC, including No Access DC, Great Food Finds DC, and Washington DC Chef’s Table. When not writing, Beth leads narrative writing workshops. She recently was awarded a James Kirkwood Literary Prize for her novel-in-progress, Paved With Gold.
