Israeli Actress Gal Gadot Is Pregnant with Second Child

Gal Gadot, the Israeli actress who stars in the forthcoming movie “Wonder Woman” as the infamous superhero, is pregnant. She announced in a tweet yesterday that she and her husband are expecting their second child.

The announcement featured a photo of herself and husband, Yaron Varsano, an Israeli real estate developer, taking a selfie together. The couple is seen making a heart shape with their hands on her belly–along with the caption: #mommyforthesecondtime. They are currently parents to their 5-year-old daughter.

The latest “Wonder Woman” movie, which takes place during the World War I era, introduces Wonder Woman’s alter ego, Diana Prince, and her origins on the Amazonian island of Themyscira. It hits theaters on June 2, 2017.
