North Carolina’s Lair family just had their seventh child–their first girl named Ruby Jane. In a family full of boys, this birth was definitely a monumental moment, especially for Ruby’s brothers, who all had something to say.
The Lairs created a video where each child explained how they felt about their sister’s birth. Each reaction gets more and more adorable and hilarious (“She’s cuter than I’d thought she’d be,” “I’m excited, but I’m scared because it’s…a girl”). What gets us nearly in tears, though, are all their tender expressions as they hold their baby sister. We can barely keep our eyes dry.
