Valentine’s Day is upon us. While I’m notoriously not really about V-Day (because it’s just a Hallmark holiday made up to make you buy stuff), I’m also totally about Netflixing some romantic comedies and dramas (and everything in-between) while eating chocolate and some take-out.
I began to think about all of the best romantic films that star some of my favorite Jewish celebrities (like Bette Midler, aka: My Supreme), and came up with this list. After the kids go to bed, pour some wine and enjoy:
1. Sarah Jessica Parker in the infamous “Sex and the City” movie from 2008.
2. Matthew Broderick in the 1997 rom-com “Addicted to Love.”
3. Andrew Garfield in 2010 dystopian romance “Never Let Me Go.”
4. Drew Barrymore in 1999 hit rom-com “Never Been Kissed.”
5. Adam Sandler in “The Wedding Singer” from 1998.
6. Goldie Hawn in the 1982 romantic film “Best Friends,” alongside Burt Reynolds, no less.
